Any inoperative fan motor, fan blade, or blower assembly
Any inoperative platen assembly
Any inoperative heater, high limit, or thermocouple

Not Covered ✗

Seasonal shutdown or startup
Normal maintenance, wear, and deterioration
Required cleaning of carbon and grease buildup
Release material, air lines, or hoses
Upper platen loss of plating (not Taylor's fault)
External power supplies and machine grounding
Operator abuse, misuse, or neglect
Acts of God, fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters

By signing below, applicant agrees to the terms and conditions of this Taylor Grill Extended Service Contract as administered by Taylor Upstate. This contract is non-transferrable and non-refundable. It is valid only if required repairs are provided by an authorized Taylor distributor or their authorized service agent. Not valid until accepted and signed by Taylor Upstate and submitted to Taylor Company for factory approval.

⚠ Contract must be received within 30 days of equipment installation to be valid.

I understand this contract must be received within 30 days of equipment installation, that it is non-transferrable and non-refundable, and I agree to all terms and conditions of this grill service contract.
